"The band will take the rest of the year off from touring and will begin writing their next record, which is tentatively scheduled for release in fall 2005 through Roadrunner Records," the group said in a statement. 36 CRAZYFISTS' sophomore album, "A Snow Capped Romance", was released in March through Roadrunner. The follow-up to 2002's "Bitterness the Star" was produced by James Wisner, who has worked with such post-hardcore acts as DASHBOARD CONFESSIONAL and FURTHER SEEMS FOREVER. Veteran British knob-twiddler Andy Sneap (MACHINE HEAD, SKINLAB, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, ARCH ENEMY, OPETH) mixed the CD at his Backstage Studios in Derbyshire, England.
